I founded Expertise Unboxed Coaching to help coaches and consultants make their business dreams a reality. My first and still other business - Academic Coach - made it to six figures after 2 years. I’m still running that company. I successfully leveraged my expertise and broke away from being tied to the yoke of employment to create more freedom, more income, and a better life for me and my family. I want to help you do the same.

I started Expertise Unboxed because I found a lot of the training and coaching out there to be unsatisfactory for what a first time coach or consultant needs to get going: it was either product focused, too niche, or filled you with overwhelm. Giving advice to first time consultants as though they were an established mega brand or had a degree in business, marketing and sales already was not helpful. It was inaccessible. Similarly, advice about scaling was too specialist or too surface.

You are an expert, but not perhaps in running a business. Perhaps some of your expertise is useful to running a business, eg sales or marketing, but you expertise is likely to do with your niche knowledge. not your business skills.
